All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We currently offer nationwide shipping within Pakistan through trusted courier partners (e.g., Leopards, TCS, M&P, etc.). Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of PKR 200 applies to all orders under PKR 3,000.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of PKR 3,000 or more.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your order online.
5. Delivery Issues

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If you receive a damaged item or your package is missing products, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan.

1. آرڈر پروسیسنگ کا وقت

تمام آرڈرز کی پروسیسنگ 1 سے 3 کاروباری دنوں میں کی جاتی ہے (ہفتہ، اتوار اور تعطیلات کے علاوہ) جب ادائیگی کی تصدیق ہو جائے۔

اگر آرڈرز کی تعداد زیادہ ہو تو پروسیسنگ میں تاخیر ہو سکتی ہے، جس کی صورت میں ہم آپ سے ای میل یا فون کے ذریعے رابطہ کریں گے۔
2. شپنگ کے طریقے اور ڈیلیوری کا وقت
ہم پاکستان بھر میں اپنے قابلِ اعتماد کورئیر پارٹنرز (جیسے کہ لیپرڈ، ٹی سی ایس، ایم اینڈ پی وغیرہ) کے ذریعے آرڈرز ڈیلیور کرتے ہیں۔

3. شپنگ چارجز

معیاری شپنگ فیس: تمام آرڈرز کے لیے PKR 200 فلیٹ ریٹ لاگو ہوتا ہے، اگر خریداری PKR 3,000 سے کم ہو۔

مفت شپنگ: PKR 3,000 یا اس سے زیادہ کے آرڈرز پر مفت شپنگ فراہم کی جاتی ہے۔
4. آرڈر ٹریکنگ
جب آپ کا آرڈر شپ ہو جائے گا، آپ کو ٹریکنگ نمبر اور کورئیر کی تفصیلات کے ساتھ ایک ای میل یا ایس ایم ایس موصول ہوگا، جس کی مدد سے آپ اپنا آرڈر آن لائن ٹریک کر سکتے ہیں۔
5. ڈیلیوری کے مسائل
اگر آپ کا آرڈر وقت پر نہ پہنچے یا تاخیر کا شکار ہو جائے، تو فوری طور پر ہم سے رابطہ کریں:

6. غلط پتا فراہم کرنے پر ذمہ داری
صحیح شپنگ ایڈریس فراہم کرنا صارف کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ غلط یا نامکمل پتے کی وجہ سے پیکج کی تاخیر یا گمشدگی کی صورت میں ہم ذمہ دار نہیں ہوں گے۔
7. نقصان یا گمشدہ اشیاء
اگر آپ کو کوئی چیز خراب حالت میں موصول ہو یا کوئی آئٹم پیکج میں نہ ہو، تو براہ کرم 48 گھنٹوں کے اندر ہمیں اطلاع دیں تاکہ ہم تحقیقات کر کے متبادل یا ریفنڈ کا بندوبست کر سکیں۔
8. بین الاقوامی شپنگ
اس وقت ہم بین الاقوامی شپنگ کی سہولت فراہم نہیں کرتے۔ ہم صرف پاکستان میں شپنگ کرتے ہیں۔
