Refund & Return Policy – Vintage Cohabit

At Vintage Cohabit, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase/delivery date.
Item Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Personal care and wellness products (e.g., perfumes, oils, bath bombs, sprays) unless defective or damaged

Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
You’ll be notified via email whether your refund is approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Note: Partial refunds may be issued if:

The item shows signs of use

It’s returned outside the 7-day return window

It is missing parts or not in original condition

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact our customer support team before sending the product back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

ناقابل واپسی اشیاء

صحت و صفائی کے اصولوں کے تحت، درج ذیل اشیاء واپس یا تبدیل نہیں کی جا سکتیں:

گفٹ کارڈز
ڈاؤن لوڈ کیے جانے والے ڈیجیٹل پروڈکٹس
ذاتی استعمال کی اشیاء (جیسے پرفیوم، آئل، باتھ بم، اسپرے وغیرہ) سوائے اس صورت کے کہ وہ خراب یا نقصان زدہ ہوں۔

ریفنڈ کا عمل

آپ کی واپسی موصول ہونے کے بعد، ہماری ٹیم پروڈکٹ کا معائنہ کرے گی۔
آپ کو ای میل کے ذریعے ریفنڈ کی منظوری یا انکار سے آگاہ کیا جائے گا۔
اگر منظوری ہو جائے تو ریفنڈ 7 سے 10 کاروباری دنوں میں آپ کے اصل ادائیگی کے طریقے پر بھیج دیا جائے گا۔

نوٹ: درج ذیل صورتوں میں جزوی ریفنڈ دیا جا سکتا ہے:

واپسی کی شپنگ لاگت

کسٹمر کی ذمہ داری: واپسی کی شپنگ لاگت گاہک کو خود برداشت کرنی ہوگی۔
شپنگ فیس واپس نہیں ہوگی: اگر ریفنڈ منظور ہو جائے تو اصل شپنگ چارجز ریفنڈ میں سے منہا کیے جائیں گے۔
